How NOT to do it

Here's an interesting video of what looks like a perfect biking road. The only problem is that this rider hasn't quite got the positional element right.

What should he be doing and why?

Did he change gear? Even once?

Ahem..... Sorry. Not what the question was about, was it. Nice Road though.

I didn't see any counter-steering to get around the bends - or don't you need to do it on that side of the road?
My memory is like a hard disk; the fuller it gets, the longer the access time

If it's on the other side, is it counter-counter steering?
