Postby melmac » Wed Nov 18, 2015 1:32 pm

Hi Everyone
This is the last Super Sunday event of 2015 so make the most of the 10% Christmas discount offer from IAM and sign up to learn some new riding skills or refresh old ones or you just pop along and chat to us to find out more

The BAM team always like to finish of the year in style so besides the friendly welcome, the BAM breakfast bar for your egg, bacon or sausage sarnie to set you on your way, teas and coffees will be served in the canteen in the main building, and there will be a few festive treats as well – mince pies, choccy log and a free lucky dip oooooo

Arrive from 08:45 to give you time to sign in, eat breakfast and catch up with people before we kick off at 09:30 with the general welcome and overview then you will be out on the road by 10am with a BAM observer for your ride feedback

The location is: Kings Oak Academy , Brook Road, near the Tennis Court pub, Kingswood BS15 4JT. (It is just off the A4174/A420 ring road junction) see http://www.kingsoakacademy.org.uk

Any other BAM members who wish to help out with the logistics as a member off the Green team, or use the venue to meet up and go for their own morning ride out then hope to see you there.

Reminder: there is no Super Sunday in January whilst we restock all the supplies and kick off again on 7th Feb 2016.

Another great morning with the BAM team - 3 new SFL joiners so please give a warm welcome to our new ladies when you see them

The BAM breakfast bar was in over drive selling out of all bacon and sausages, they had to send out for more eggs and used up the spare rolls, anyone still hungry then had the options of trying out some of the christmas cakes brought in by members so thanks to Suze and Heidi and Martyn for the special treats.
There was also a free lucky dip taking place with toy bikes, yo yos and slinkys so enjoy your extra toy over the festive season

The Green team who rn the event alongside the observers who take you out on the road for your ride review are all taking a well deserved break in January to restock, wash their bikes, fit new pressies received over Christmas(or test out a new bike if you've been really really good this year !)

Don;t forget the Bamm Social evening on Dec 9th for the quiz and buffet, then on Sunday 13th for the biker breakfast - check your emails for details and let Geoff our rides coordinator have an idea of numbers going beforehand.

In the new year, the next biker breakfast will be on Saturday 16th January at Oakham Treasures in Portbury - and we will ask for numbers nearer the time

If we don't see you before hand, have a great festive break and see you all in the new year
